This system will allow you to interact with the Home First Response Service Mosaic workflow to enable you to exchange customer information with Nottinghamshire County Council (NCC) Hospital and Community based staff.

The time limit for responses to all referrals is 2 hours from the time of issue of the referral by NCC.
